The beautiful design and atmosphere of this riad truly made our romantic escape magical. The intricate Moorish style and attention to detail created a stunning and enchanting setting. We loved the spacious and clean suites, equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to the city's attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
We had a disappointing encounter with the reception manager, who lacked customer service skills and failed to provide clear instructions or assistance. This put a damper on our overall experience and made us feel uncomfortable.
